Water Cannon Pressure Washers

Water Cannon Pressure Washers

A Water Cannon pressure washer typically has several features that enhance its functionality and versatility. Some common features include:

1. Adjustable Spray Pattern: The water cannon usually allows you to adjust the spray pattern, ranging from a narrow, concentrated stream to a wider fan-like spray. This adjustability allows you to tailor the water flow to different cleaning tasks.

2. Flow Control: Many Models have a flow control feature that allows you to regulate the water flow rate. This is useful for controlling the intensity of the water stream based on the cleaning requirements.

3. Pressure Adjustment: Most offer pressure adjustment capabilities, enabling you to increase or decrease the water pressure as needed. This feature is particularly handy when dealing with delicate surfaces or when a more powerful stream is required for tough cleaning jobs.

4. Quick-Connect System: To easily attach and detach the Water Cannon from the pressure washer wand or hose a quick-connect system is often incorporated. This allows for convenient and swift changes between different nozzles or attachments.

5. Ergonomic Design: Water Cannons are designed with ergonomics in mind, providing a comfortable grip and easy maneuverability. This ensures that you can comfortably handle the water cannon for extended periods without fatigue.

6. Durable Construction: Given the demanding nature of pressure washing, Water Cannon's are typically built with durable materials such as stainless steel, aircraft aluminum or heavy-duty guage steel. This ensures longevity and withstands the high pressures and harsh conditions associated with pressure washing.

7. Safety Features: Some models may include safety features such as a trigger lock to prevent accidental spraying or a muffler heat guard to protect your hands during use.

It's important to note that the specific features may vary depending on the type and model of the Water Cannon. Visit

Leaking unloader?

Leaking unloader? Check out those Banjo Bolts.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to replace an unloadervalve with broken inlet banjo bolts on a General Pump TT9071 wall-mounted electric Water Cannon pressure washer:

1. Safety First: Before starting any maintenance or repair work, ensure that the pressure washer is turned off and unplugged from the power source. Also, release any pressure from the system by pulling the trigger on the spray gun.

2. Gather the Tools: You'll need a set of wrenches, pliers, a replacement unloader valve, new banjo bolts, thread seal tape, and a cloth or towel.

3. Remove the Old Unloader Valve: Locate the unloader valve on your pressure washer. It is usually attached to the pump. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the nuts or bolts that hold the valve in place. Be careful not to damage any surrounding components.

4. Disconnect the Inlet Banjo Bolts
: The inlet banjo bolts are the fittings that connect the water inlet hose to the pump. Use pliers or a wrench to carefully loosen and remove the banjo bolts. Be cautious as they may be corroded or tight.

5. Replace the Unloader Valve: Take the new unloader valve and carefully position it in the same location as the old valve. Tighten the nuts or bolts to secure the valve in place. Make sure it is properly aligned with the pump.

6. Install the New Banjo Bolts: Apply a thin layer of thread seal tape to the threads of the new banjo bolts. Insert the bolts into the inlet ports on the pump and tighten them using pliers or a wrench. Make sure they are secure but not over-tightened.

7. Check for Leaks: Once everything is in place, turn on the water supply and check for any leaks around the unloader valve and banjo bolts. If you notice any leaks, tighten the connections further or reapply thread seal tape if necessary.

8. Test the Pressure Washer: Plug in the pressure washer and turn it on. Pull the trigger on the spray gun to release any air from the system. The pressure washer should now be ready for use.

Remember, if you are not confident in performing these steps yourself, it's always best to consult a professional or contact the manufacturer for assistance. Safety should be the top priority when working with pressure washers or any other machinery.
