Heating Coil
Water Cannon hot water pressure washers feature a unique heating coil that are made with State of the Art machinery and technology. This starts with custom ordered lengths of coil pipe that can be up to twice as long as other brands, reducing the need for extra welds.
Our fusion welding process achieves 100% pipe penetration for stronger pipe to pipe cohesion. The pipe is then drawn through a state of the art, 11 axis pipe maneuvering coil rolling machine that will provide zero bend restrictions. The whole coil can be rolled at one time, including the "pancakes" that are structurally braced with steel rod to eliminate vibration.
For additional structural support each layer is welded to the next to totally do away with friction and pipe wear.
It is this unique coil design with increased surface area allows for faster heat transfer and also prevents hot-spots, since there are no bend restrictions.
Thus, the water is heated evenly and quicker than most competitor models. Additionally, Water Cannon units have been paired with the best factory recommended burner to efficiently control fuel combustion that allows for a greater number of BTUs than other pressure washers, resulting in faster heating times with better heat transfer.

Hot Water Trailer 3000PSI 16GPM Mounted Sewer Jetter
Water Cannon’s 16 gpm - 3000 psi (48,000Effective Cleaning Units) hot water sewer drain cleaning machines are highly
effective tools that can be used in a county school district for various
commercial plumbing applications. With the system assembled on a nicely equipped
dual-axle over the road D.O.T. approved trailer, convenient key-start and a 500
gallon water reservoir tank this hot water jetter is self-contained, ready
to clear up the problems and keep things running smoothly down the drain.
Here are some of the common uses:
· Clearing Clogged Drains: These machines are specifically designed to remove tough clogs and
blockages in sewer drains. "Best Practices" use high-pressure hot
water jets to break up and flush away debris, grease, and sludge, ensuring
efficient drainage in school facilities.
· Preventive Maintenance:
Regular maintenance of sewer drains is crucial to prevent costly and disruptive
plumbing issues. With a 16 gpm 3000 psi and adjustable hot water up to 200
degrees F and Pulsation-on-demand. These drain cleaning machines, the school
district can proactively clean and inspect sewer lines, identifying potential
problems before they escalate.
· Removing Tree Roots:
Tree roots can infiltrate sewer lines, causing blockages and damage. These
powerful machines can effectively cut and clear tree roots, restoring proper
flow in the drainage system. Specialty nozzles are available with features that
help break up tree roots and other obstacles.
· Cleaning Grease Traps:
Commercial kitchens in schools often have grease traps that require regular
cleaning with hot water. The high-pressure hot water jets of these drain
cleaning machines can effectively remove grease buildup, preventing clogs and
maintaining proper functioning of the traps. Grease traps can generate
flammable and toxic gases over time. These gases can include methane (natural
gas), hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and/or other gases
depending on the greases, oils, and fats found in the grease traps. https://www.osha.gov/sites/default/files/publications/OSHA3986.pdf
· Emergency Services:
In the event of a sewer line backup or severe clog, a 16 gpm 3000 psi drain
cleaning machine can quickly address the issue, minimizing disruption to school
operations and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for students and staff.
Water Cannon sewer drain cleaning machines installed on a D.O.T. approved
trailers are essential tools for maintaining the plumbing infrastructure in a
county school district, ensuring efficient drainage, and preventing costly
plumbing emergencies.
· Pressure Washing:
When it is time to clean up, the Water Cannon Jetter doubles as a pressure
washer system and comes complete with all of the conversion accessories.

How to Locate a Leak
- Let's walk through the steps to identify a leak in your Hot Water Pressure Washer.
- 1. **Safety First:** Before starting, make sure your pressure cleaner is turned off and disconnected from any power source. Ensure the washer is cool to avoid accidental burns and wear protective gloves for safety.
- 2. **Inspect the Pressure Washer:** Start with a visual inspection of your pressure washer. Look out for any obvious signs of leakage like puddles under the unit or dripping water.
- 3. **Hose Inspection:** Inspect the hose for any signs of wear, crack, or cut. These are common areas where water can leak. Also, check the connection points between the hose and the pressure washer. If the leaks are coming from here, it might simply be a case of tightening up your connections.
- 4. **Check the Pump:** The pump is another possible source of leakage. Pumps can often leak due to worn seals which can be replaced if needed. If the pump is severely damaged, you may want to consider replacing the entire pump.
- 5. **Inspect the Gun:** Check the spray gun, particularly where it connects to the hose and the nozzle. Reattach or replace these parts if you see water leaks.
- 6. **Examine the Connections:** Finally, examine the water connections on the machine, including where water enters and exits the machine. Hot water washers typically have seals which can wear out over time leading to potential leak.
- If you've followed these steps and are still having trouble locating your leak or if the issue persists after replacing the necessary part(s), don't hesitate to contact a professional or customer service for further assistance. Remember, when dealing with equipment like a hot water pressure washer, safety should always be your main priority.

Water Cannon hot water 4000psi pressure washer
Step-by-Step guide on safely using a Water Cannon hot water 4000psi pressure washer for historic building restoration applications:
Materials and Tools Needed:
- Water Cannon hot water 4000psi pressure washer
- Protective clothing, safety glasses, and gloves
- Scaffolding or lift (if needed)
- Extension wand (if needed)
Steps:
1. Safety First: Always wear protective clothes, including safety glasses and gloves, when operating a pressure washer. The high-pressure jet can cause serious injuries.
2. Prepare the Pressure Washer: Make sure to read the operator’s manual before you start the pressure washer. Understand the correct operation, the controls, and safety measures.
3. Inspect the Building: It's crucial to evaluate the building's condition before pressure washing. Look for any signs of weak masonry, cracks, or loose bricks. Areas where mortar is crumbling should also be identified. These zones might need gentler pressure or handheld cleaning.
4. Get Permission: Historic buildings usually fall under specific protection laws. Always check the laws and get necessary permissions before you begin cleaning.
5. Test on a Small Area: Use the 4000psi pressure washer on a small, less noticeable area first to make sure it doesn't cause any damage.
6. Avoid Direct Angles: Never direct the pressure washer jet perpendicular to the surface. Instead, aim at a 45-degree angle. This rule helps to prevent the displacement of mortar and ensures less abrasive interaction with the surface.
7. Maintain a Safe Distance: Always maintain a safe distance from the building. Aim to keep about six to twelve inches away from the wall. Be sure to step back if the pressure seems too intense to prevent damage.
8. Use an Extension Wand: For high areas, use an extension wand instead of a ladder when possible. It can be dangerous to operate a pressure washer from a ladder due to the force of the back spray.
9. Work from Top to Bottom: Start at the top of the building and work your way down. This method allows the dirty water to run down the wall, so you're not spraying over previously cleaned areas which allows for an even clean.
10. Continuous Movement: Keep the spray moving. If you keep it in one area for too long, you could cause damage especially considering the high PSI of the Water Cannon hot water pressure washer.
11. Use Hot Water Carefully: Hot water can be very effective, but it must be used carefully on delicate surfaces. It can help to dissolve tough grime and can make the cleaning process quicker. At the end of this process, your historic building should be clean, preserving its architectural integrity. Remember, when in doubt, always seek professional help. Historic buildings are sensitive, and incorrect pressure washing could lead to irreversible damage.
